Diabetic Recipe for Kids, Apple Pie Delight

2 tbsps Equal® Measure™ or 20 packets of Equal®
Pastry for 9 inch two-crust pie
1/4 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
dash salt
6 cups very finely sliced up pared tart apples (4 to 6 Granny Smiths)
1 Tablespoon margarine
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425° F. In a preparing dish incorporate Equal® Measure™, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Add dry combination to apples; throw carefully to cover fruit.
