Diabetic Chicken Recipes with Ocra

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 250 grams of fillet chicken

- 1 clove of garlic, scrape it

Sauce, stir these ingredients well:
- 150 ml of bottled mayonnaise sauce
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon of mustard
- ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Complement:
- 5 okras, cut them into oblique-shaped pieces
- 150 grams of lettuce, torn it roughly
How to Cook:
- Coat the chicken with oil, garlic, pepper and salt until they’re blended.
- Bake in hot oven until it’s cooked
- Remove it and cut into pieces. Set aside.
- Arrange vegetables on a serving plate.
- Place chicken on top of serving plate
- Pour the sauce.
